Has anyone else noticed the 80’s on 8 has had more of cohesive sound to it lately ? I have to admit in the past this was the decade station I like the least. I didnt like it so much because the music has historically been all over the place. I’ve been listening to it more lately because the songs sets seem to flow alot better than they once did. Its starting to have a good feel to it now. Hats off to Rick Stacy (new XM 8- The 80’s program director) .
Now all we need is some cool programs in the mix and I’d be real happy ![]()
Here’s one for you Pocket PC fans. There’s some software out there called MiniXM which lets you listen to XM on Pocket PC via Internet Explorer. I gave this a small test run on mine and it seems to work great. This would be pretty cool on a Pocket PC phone. I don’t have one so I couldn’t test it there.
Anyways, neat little toy, give it whirl if you have a Pocket PC.
